As a 360-degree assessment, the Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI) captures a more complete portrait of leaders, packaging it into an easy-to-navigate Individual Feedback Report. This report accurately measures leadership behaviors compared to more than 5 million leaders worldwide. It allows individuals to identify both strengths and areas for improvement—and then put in place concrete actions to improve.
