Self-discovery around the neuroscience of behaviors can help us to see that our behavior often builds our beliefs. The neural pathways are what our brain creates in response to environmental stimuli that we observe as an automatic unconscious response.

Scientific research allows us to understand how our brains process information and separate behaviors from intentions. Intentions are thoughts that lead us to acting out a behavior and behaviors are learned.  

We leverage the AccuMatch Behavior Map which is founded on the understanding of the intersections between psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and verbal and societal behaviors.  The AccuMatch profile starts the journey to understanding the importance of behavioral intelligence in the workplace, and as a result, working together more effectively. Leaders gain understanding of how their reactive tendencies are powering current outcomes and experiences. 

The Behavior Map is complimented by four workshops to build behavioral intelligence capabilities.  Immersive group experiences provide opportunities for leaders to reflect on and adapt behavior by experimenting with new narratives, interrupting old patterns, and expanding their mental models.
